Rubber additives include chemicals, accelerators, active agents, anti-scorching agents, anti-aging agents, reinforcing agents, fillers, plasticizers, coloring agents, foaming agents, and latex compounding agents. DTBHQ is one of the widest range of industrial antioxidants, but also a wide range of polyester polymerization inhibitor. Color photographic materials in the process and storage, due to the oxidation products of the developer in the emulsion layer of diffusion caused by the non-selective generation of dyes, so that changes in photographic properties and produce gray fog pollution, DTBHQ can be added to avoid this phenomenon.

Performance: This product is Light brown crystalline powder, almost insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene and gasoline, easily soluble in acetone, ethanol and ethyl acetate. 100g of acetone, ethanol and ethyl acetate can dissolve 39g, 35g and 49g of this product respectively at 25℃.

Use range:
It is widely used in synthetic rubber, plastic, and resin industries. Applicable to natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, polyolefins and polyoxymethylene and other plastics, resins and engineering plastics modified UV absorbers; all kinds of rubber, developing materials, resins, plastics, oils and adhesives. It is a non-toxic, non-perfect odor, non-polluting plastic and resin polymerization inhibitor. It acts as an inhibitor, especially as an antioxidant in a low-pressure environment. It makes the unsaturated polyester very stable during production and storage.
Used as an anti-emulsion for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, it can retard the oxidation and ultraviolet light aging of plasticized and non-gelatinized rubber. It is a non-polluting rubber product, does not discolor in sunlight, has no coloration, and is non-polluting. The antioxidant is superior to the usual antioxidants in terms of oxidation resistance, and can also improve the heat resistance and flex cracking resistance of rubber products. The effective addition amount is 0.1-2%. This product is also good for anti-aging effect of adhesives. It is also used to make light-colored rubber products, medical supplies, dairy products, and adhesive tapes.

It can also be used as an antioxidant for oils and synthetic resins. It can be used as a heat and light stabilizer for polyolefins and polyoxymethylene in the plastics industry.
